Harriet M. Welsch is a spy, but she’s no ordinary spy.
This eleven-year-old isn’t spying on her neighbors to
be nosy, to be mean, or even to help the government.
Nope...she’s just an aspiring writer who believes
keeping track of everything she sees and thinks is
good practice for her burgeoning career. However,
when someone gets a hold of her notebook, they
think her antics are anything but harmless.
